Sending Messages
- How long does it take to reach the recipient?
Usually it takes less than a minute. However, sometimes it could take up to an hour for a message to reach its recipient.

- How come the recipient does not receive my messages?
Make sure the phone supports SMS. If your service provider is not supported or you don't receive messages, fill out the SMS Request Form.

- Is it possible to identify the sender?
In case there is abuse of the service, information about the sender would be passed to the proper authorities and serious charges would be pressed.
You can have your cell phone number blocked and check who sent messages to your phone via free/test service.
